So today Des announced that it was Meatless Monday and she made some great French Onion Soup for dinner. It was so good that I just had to take a picture.
Amy inspired the meatless Monday. Thanks Amy! And as for onions, I'm not a big fan of them raw. I have to admit I was a little surprised when Rich was pulling out the camera for this pic.
